So how far have you actually come on this mod? Is Snow Go the only level to be modded yet? (no offense, just wanna know)

ReplyDeleteplease insert the tnt crate regular crate tnt crate combo and the classic iron crate bouncing on an arrow crate in various locations. Also maybe body slam crates where having or creating ground below it is tricky to make, thus making the clear gem tricky. and how about a good old fashioned stack of 3 aku akus in a level just like in warped and wrath of cortexs 25th level to just lay waste on nitros and enemies.

ReplyDeleteI wonder what you will do with the green gem on the sewer level. maybe insert crates below the mesh that crash hangs on and the green gem high up next to the mesh where you must drop down onto crates in order to get it so you can't get it and sacrifice yourself. make them iron and ! crate activated seperating the green gem from the clear gem. now where is that ! box.

ReplyDeleteWill the Intro Level, Boss Battles, and Bonus Rounds also be modded to be much harder also? If so, that would be great to add along the hard modded levels!!! Keep up the good work! I would like to play this finished harder version very soon! Take as much time as you want and thanks for being the first to continue modding Crash Bandicoot 2!!!!

ReplyDeletePlease, I'd like too see a section in Hang Eight in which there's no surfboard and Crash has to bounce on crates over the river involving tricks with nitros and TNTs, and some of these crates are above whirlpools. Float-in-air mines in that section would be a good touch too.

ReplyDeleteYou know, I remember that the creator once told me via Youtube that he lost motivation for this project, but that he will get back into the swing of things again once he's interested in it.
ReplyDeleteNow, if you believe him or not however is another thing... really wished this would be continued, but the situation looks rather bleak here, honestly. :/
Here's hoping - it's the last straw we have anyways, it either gets done, or it doesn't.
There are some other mods almost as good as this one was, they also get updated
